What to Expect: IN-STUDIO
This class is for all levels & smoking is NOT required in order to attend class.
Upon entering the studio please have your mat, smoking tools (if you will be partaking), etc ready PRIOR to class.
Mats are available at the studio for rent & are $2
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MINS BEFORE CLASS IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME AS THERE ARE WAIVER FORMS THAT WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
Nobody will be allowed in the studio after 8:15p so that the other students will not be disturbed.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
What to Expect: VIRTUAL
The Zoom link for the class will be released the day of class no later than 12p
Upon entering the room please make sure that you mute yourself, so that the other students attending class are not disturbed.
The zoom room will be open 10 minutes PRIOR to class starting. Please have all of your necessary yoga & smoking tools ready.
