    When will tickets go on sale?
    Tickets for NCF2021 will go on sale on June 1, 2021. If you purchased a ticket for NCF2020 or April 2021, your ticket is good for the rescheduled event on August 28, 2021. You do not need to purchase a new ticket.

    I purchased a General Admission, GA Bundle or Early-Entry ticket in 2020. Is my ticket still good?
    Yes, absolutely. Your current ticket(s) will be good to attend NCF on August 28, 2021.
    I purchased a VIP Membership or CannaCabana in 2020, what happens to my pass now?
    Your pass(es) will be good to attend the rescheduled festival. You will receive an email from our VIP coordinator containing rescheduled VIP Member event dates on June 1, 2021. If you have questions feel free to email vip@nationalcannabisfestival.com
    I’m going to use my NCF ticket at the rescheduled festival. Should I be looking for a confirmation email or ticket PDF?
    No, you’re all set. Your current ticket PDF will be good for NCF!
    I purchased a ticket to attend NCF in 2020, but the rescheduled date doesn’t work for me. Can I get a refund?
    All ticket refund requests are managed and executed by Front Gate Tickets. Please follow the instructions below to request a return of funds.

    For General Admission/GA Bundle/Early Entry Ticket refunds, visit this link (https://nationalcannabisfestival.frontgatetickets.com) and follow these instructions:

    Click on “Sign In” located on the tab on the top of the page and login in to your Front Gate Tickets account. If you are using a mobile device, the “Sign In” button will be within the menu options on the top left of the page.

    Select order history under the "Your Account" tab on the top navigation bar

    Select "View Order Detail" on the order number you wish to have refunded

    Click the "Request Refund" button on the top of your order details

    All refund requests must be submitted by July 1, 2021 and will be processed in as little as 30 days. Refunds will be processed throughout the refund request window.
