RISE Paterson On-Site NJMMP Certifications

Join RISE Dispensary Paterson NJ, and Dr. Sachin Shah, Pain Management physician with Metro Pain and Vein, for an on-site New Jersey Medical Marijuana Program Certification Event. Dr. Shah is a recommending physician with the NJ Medical Marijuana Program. If you would like to become a new NJMMP patient or an existing patient who needs a transfer, visit us at our RISE Paterson location on July 24 from 12pm - 3pm. Certifications are done on-site and all you pay is one time annual certification fee!
If you would like to obtain a Medical Marijuana Card, please select a time-slot on the ticket page for an on-site certification appointment. Please bring a valid NJ Drivers License or State ID, a recent photograph taken within the last 60 days with a plain background, no hats, no glasses permitted, and proof of NJ residency.
