Cannabis Yoga at 4:00 pm at the Wailea Healing Center 120 Kaukahi St. in Kihei. Next to Mulligans.
This is mainly a Yin Restorative practice of Sacred Plant Medicine Yoga. Most of the poses are held for about 2 minutes and most are done while sitting down. The combination of yoga, cannabis and breath work can assist in clearing energetic and physical blocks, release deeply held tension, quiet mental chatter, relieve stress, worry, anxiety and chronic pain. Doing Yoga with cannabis can you help balance the nervous system, relieve inflammation and boosts immunities. We utilize essential oils during which allows us to drop deeper into the body. Class ends with a healing crystal bowl sound bath. This experience can you leave you feeling clearer with greater vitality and peace. To join please bring your own MMJ and your medical marijuana card. If you don't have a card, feel free to partake on your own before coming to class.
