"Health and wellness are integral components to a long, fulfilling life. There are many different tools and methods being used in the current age to help achieve good health and a good wellbeing. We want to focus on some of the more niche, alternative treatments, medicines, and therapies, such as massage therapy, aromatherapy, different types of oils, medical marijuana, and the benefits of CBD and other cannabinoids. We want to teach people how to better take care of themselves and the different methods they can do that. For example, growing your own cannabis plants for CBD or homemade pain balms.
The benefits of alternative medicines and treatments such as massage therapy and aromatherapy are well-documented, and can help with joint and muscle pain and help reduce nausea and vomiting. Oils can help with skin, hair, and nail health, and can lead to shinier hair and clearer, smoother skin. We want the expo to introduce people to as many different options as possible, so people who haven’t had any luck might be able to find a solution that’s right for them." |
