About this event
Sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 - 8:45 PM EST beginning on Wednesday, June 23rd. You may attend session by session as you wish. Tickets are offered on a sliding scale of $15-25. A lower ticket option of $15 helps keep the space available for those who have less to pay right now. If you are able, consider a higher ticket price as a gift toward keeping the space going for everyone.
Cannabis draws us to her for a reason. She has unique medicine for each of us.
Oh how I have loved seeing that unfold for people involved in these sessions over the past 6 months. If you are reading this event description, you may have even been invited by a friend who is already a part of this community. Welcome!!! They clearly think highly of you and feel that you may benefit from the safe, mindful, and loving space of this community.
For those of us who have been joining in these sessions, we have seen a lot of growth and change in our relationship with cannabis! We have also seen a lot of growth and change in our relationships with ourselves and each other. Being intentional in our cannabis use changes us. It brings greater balance into our minds and bodies.
During each session, we will explore our partnership with cannabis. Sessions include intention-setting, mindful partaking of cannabis, music, movement, guided meditation, teachings, and group sharing (for those who wish to share).
Come with curiosity and openness. Experience connection, healing, community, growth, relaxation, fun, laughter, ease, and grounding while you are held in a safe and supportive space. Leave with greater trust in yourself to use cannabis in the ways it best serves you.
Please note: During each session, we will take an intentional pause together to partake in cannabis. Participants are not required to partake in cannabis during the session and some may prefer to do so before the session especially for edibles. Please contact Nicole to talk about whether these sessions are right for you. Nicole is not responsible for any effects of cannabis use on participants or any of the actions taken by participants during sessions.
This series will be led by Nicole Robinson, a Mind-Body Practitioner who helps people connect with their bodies and minds for their healing and growth. Nicole has experience working with clients one-on-one and facilitating Cannabis & Mind-Body Healing group sessions and courses and works with a range of modalities and techniques including mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, craniosacral therapy, shamanism, energy work, improv, coaching, body movement, and creative arts.

What to Expect: IN-STUDIO
This class is for all levels & smoking is NOT required in order to attend class.
Upon entering the studio please have your mat, smoking tools (if you will be partaking), etc ready PRIOR to class.
Mats are available at the studio for rent & are $2
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MINS BEFORE CLASS IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME AS THERE ARE WAIVER FORMS THAT WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
Nobody will be allowed in the studio after 8:15p so that the other students will not be disturbed.

What to Expect: VIRTUAL
The Zoom link for the class will be released the day of class no later than 12p
Upon entering the room please make sure that you mute yourself, so that the other students attending class are not disturbed.
The zoom room will be open 10 minutes PRIOR to class starting. Please have all of your necessary yoga & smoking tools ready.
